Bitter-nut Vathal recipe

Bittergourd - 1Kg
Curd - 1/2cup
Salt - 4 tsp
Cut bittergourds into thin round slices and dry it for one day.

Next day soak the bittergourd in curd, and salt.

Then dry it in the sun until it is fully dried and becomes crisp.

Store in air-tight containers.
