Coconut Chutney recipe
Grated coconut - 2 cups
Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
Udad dhal - 2 tsp
Channa dhal - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1sprig
Tamarind - a small piece
Whole red chillies - 10
Asoefetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan and add the dhals, curry leaves, hing,
methi and red chillies.
Fry till done.
Add this to the coconut , add tamarind and salt and blend
into a smooth paste.
