Coconut thogaiyal recipe
Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup
Urud dal - 1/3 cup
Dried red chillies -4 -5
Salt to taste
Asefoetida 1/4 tsp
Tamarind - a small peice
Roast the urud dal and red whole peppers in 2 tsp oil
, add grated coconut, asafoetida, tamarind and grind.
