Green Chutney for Pani puri recipe
Tamarind- lemon sized ball
Black salt powder (kala namak)- 1/2 tsp
Coriander chutney- 1 tsp
Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Lime juice- 2 tsps
Soak tamarind in water and strain.
Add all the other
ingredients to it.
Mix well.
Just before serving add lime juice.
