Ridge Gourd thogaiyal recipe
Ridge gourd - 1 cup
Urud dhal - 1 tsp
Red Whole Pepper-3-4
Asefoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Tamarind a small piece
Peel the skin, and cut the ridge gourd into small pieces
and roast slightly in little oil.
Roast urud dal, red whole peppers, 1/4 tsp asafoetida,
1 tsp salt, a pinch of tamarind, minimum amount of water and grind to a thick
paste.
