Mustard Mango Pickles recipe
Sour mango cut to small pieces- 3 cups
Mustard powder - 1 cup
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 cup
Fenugreek powder - 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp
Mix the above ingredients to the mangoes and mix well.
Add about 3 cups of sesame oil.
The oil should stand on the top.
Stir it
with a dry spoon .
Store in refrigerator.
