Capsicum with tamarind recipe
Capsicum - 2
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind - lime size
Salt -to taste
Oil - 6 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cut capsicum into fine pieces.
Heat oil in a pan , add
mustard seeds.
when it pops, add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida and the capsicum pieces
and fry until the raw smell is gone.
Add tamarind juice,salt and stir until
fully cooked and becomes thick.
In the end add 1/4 tsp jaggery powder or sugar
and heat until it is boiled fully.
