Green Gram Salad recipe
2 cups of green gram dhal, soaked in water for 3 hrs
and then drained.
1/4 cup coriander leaves chopped
2 tablespoon lime juice1 cup coconut grated
1 cup deseeded and chopped cucumber
1/2 cup grated carrots
5 green chillies, minced finely
Salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
A pinch of hing (asoefetida)
Mix all the above ingredients, except the seasoning ones in a big bowl.
Season with mustard seeds,hing and crushed curry leaves.
