Simple Onion Raita recipe

8 oz.

Yogurt (plain)
small Onion
1/2 t Salt
small Tomato
1/2 t Chat Masala (optional)
1/2 t Black pepper (ground)
1/4 c Milk
Beat yogurt and milk until smooth.

Chop onion and tomatoes and add toyogurt.

Add salt and pepper and sprinkle the Chat Masala over, andserve.
