Creamy Potato Soup recipe
Potatoes- 4
Milk- 1 cup
Butter- 1 tsp
Maida - 2 Tbsp
Salt- to taste
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1" cubes.
Add salt,
mix well and set aside.
In a non-stick sauce pan, add the butter and fry the flour,
stirring constantly.
Add the milk, potatoes and let it boil until the gravy gets
to the right consistency.
Serve hot adding white pepper.
