Butter Chicken recipe step by step
The Butter Chicken as a dish was invented by the owner of the famous Moti Mahal restaurant in New Delhi as a way to use up the leftover tandoori chicken. The Makhani gravy traditionally comes from the Punjabi kitchen and needless to say, this wonderful invention is now cooked in almost all the kitchens globally paired with either chicken, paneer or vegetables.
