CHiCKEN DO MINTA RECIPE


Ingredients of this recipe:


Whole chicken cut into 8-10 pcs
Coarsely crushed black pepper
Salt
Butter 100 gm
2-3 gree chillies crushed

Method to make this recipe:

  • In pressure pan melt the butter and put chicken pc and cook on high flame for 6-5 min.
  • Add two teaspoon of black pepper, salt and green chillies and cook on high flame till water eveporates.
  • Add one lemon juice and serve hot.
