RECIPE FOR SHAHI PANEER RECIPE


Ingredients of this recipe:


3Tablespoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 Teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1/2 cup finely chopped onion and Red Bell Pepper
1 Pound Paneer
500ML Whipping Cream
1 Can Pasta Sauce
2 Bay Leaves
1 Teaspoon Salt(as per taste)
1 Teaspoon Shahi Paneer Masala(optional)
A Pinch of Red Food Colour
1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Powder

Method to make this recipe:

  • Add butter to the Kadai.
  • Add cumin seeds to the butter and let it turn a little light brown.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste and let it cook until the paste seperates from the butter and add bay leaves and keep stirring.
  • Add onions and red bell pepper and stir until becomes smooth and light brown in color add salt red pepper powder, garam masala and shahi paneer masala.
  • Then add the pasta sauce and whipping cream let it cook until it boils and add paneer to it
  • Let it boil and garnish with chopped corriander.
