Paneer Parathas recipe
1/2 cup paneer, grated
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 spring onions finely chopped
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Oil
Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough
using water.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Roll out each portion into a circle of 125 mm.
(5") diameter.
Cook each paratha on a tava smearing a little oil, until
both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with any gravy curry or sweet and sour tomato
relish.
