Badam kheer (Method-2) recipe

Almonds - 20-24
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Saffron - 1/4 tsp
Soak the almonds in water for about an hour.

Remove the skin and grind to a smooth paste.

Boil the milk, when it starts boiling add the badam and cook for another 1-2 min.

Add sugar and stir well.

Add saffron.

Serve hot or cold.
