Bengal gram payasam recipe
Bengal gram- 1 cup
Grated jaggery- 1 cup
Coconut milk- 1/2 cup
Milk- 3 cups
Soak the bengal gram for 2 hours,add cocunut milk to
the bengal gram and grind it.
Add a cup of water to the jaggery,heat it in a pan with
constant stirring until the jaggery melts.
then add the ground mixture,stir it ,until
it becomes a paste.
Now add the milk,stir it and allow it to boil for few minutes |
