Rice Payasam recipe
Rice cooked 1/2 cup
Sweetened condensed milk 1 can
Cashews 1/4 cup
Raisins 2-3 t-spoons
Evaporated milk 1 can
Cardamom 2
Mash the cooked rice.
Mix condensed milk, and evaporated
milk,and boil this with the mashed rice.
Pound cardamoms,fry cashews and raisins in little ghee and add this to
the boiling payasam.
