Curd Rice recipe
Cook rice in a pressure cooker till soft .
Allow it to
cool.
Pour 1 cup
of sour curd, 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp salt to the rice
and mix well
Heat 3 tsp of oil and add mustard seeds.
When it pops,
add urud dal, 3-5 curd chillie pickle,and roast fully and then add a pinch of
asafoetida.
Add this to the curd rice and mix well.
