Mixed Fried Rice recipe
Chicken ½ lb
Prawns 10-15
Rice 1½ cup
Ghee 2 tbsn
Carrot 1
Beans 10
Green peas 1 cup
Onion 1
1/2 a bunch Spring onion
Chilly powder ¼ tspn
Salt As per taste
Cook rice the way u usually do.
Slice chicken into very small pieces.
Cut carrot, beans onion and scallions.
Heat ghee in a large pan.
Fry onions till brown.
Add
chicken, prawns and beans.
Fry for about 5 minutes then add carrots, garam masala,
chilli powder and salt.
Now reduce heat and add rice and mix well.
Adjust taste and fry on very low heat for 5 minutes.
Add peas (if u r using fresh peas add together with carrots) and scallions.
Remove
from flame and serve hot.
