Puliyogare recipe
Cooked Rice - 4 cups
Oil - 4 tsp
Raw peanuts - 2 tsp
Cashewnuts - 6
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Pulikkachal - 6 tsp
Sesame oil - 2 tsp
Take cooked rice and spread it in a bowl.
To the oil,
add raw peanuts, cashewnuts, turmeric powder and curry leaves and roast
fully.
Pour this on the rice.
Add pulikkachal to the rice and mix well.
Add sesame
oil and mix well |
