STRAWBERRY PUDDING RECIPE


Ingredients of this recipe:

12 Marrie Biscuit
400 gms Cream
1 packet Strawberry Jelly
1 Tin Cherry
2 cup Sugar
3 cup Milk
3 tblsp Custard Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Method to make this recipe : Strawberry pudding:
  • Dissolve the custard powder in 1/2 cup of milk.
  • In the rest of the milk add 3 tblsp of sugar and bring it to boil.
  • When it comes to a boil add the custard powder.
  • Keep stiring continously so that no lumps form.
  • When it thickens put off the flame.
  • Now add vanilla essence.
  • When it gets cool put it in the refrigerator.
  • Now prepare the jelly as directed on the packet.
  • Put the jelly also in the refrigerator.
  • When it is fully set then only take it out.
  • Now grind the sugar and add to the cream and beat it frothy.
  • Now mix the custard and the cream.
  • Deseed the cherries and separate the liquid.
  • In a bowl add half the custard powder and then place half the jelly slightly beaten.
  • Now dip the biscuits in the cherry syrup and place them on the custard jelly mixture.
  • Place the cherries on the biscuit layer.
  • Spread rest of the jelly.
  • Pour rest of the custard mixture and decorate with rest of the cherries.
