TRUFFLE PUDDING RECIPE
 Ingredients of this recipe:
1 small Cake
1 Tin Mixed Fruits
2 cup Cream
4 cup Milk
4 tblsp Custard Powder
1 cup Sugar
1/2 packet Strawberry Jelly
1 Apple
1 Orange
1 cup Grapes
4 - 5 Cheery
Method to make this recipe : truffle pudding:
- Cut the cake from the middle horizontally. Separate the lower and the upper
crust
- Beat the cream frothy.
- Prepare the jelly as instructed on the packet.
- Peel the apple and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the oranges also.
- Cut small pieces of the grapes.
- In 1 cup of milk dissolve the custard powder.
- In rest of the milk add sugar and put it on the flame, stiring continously
all the while
- When this mixture thickens tranfer it in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator
to chill.
- Take a bowl and place 1 cut of the cake in it.
- Pour the custard mixture prepared and sprinkle some mixed fresh and tinned
fruit.
- Now place another piece of the cake.
- Now pour rest of the fruits and the custard mixture.
- Pour frothy cream and put some prepared jelly.
- Decorate with cherries.
- Cool it for some time in the refrigerator and then serve.
