Kadai Chicken recipe step by step
Kadai chicken is a dish made using ghee (clarified butter), onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, spices, and chicken. The ghee adds a lot of favor to the dish but one can also use regular oil instead of ghee. Freshly chopped onions and bell peppers are also added at the end to give it a little extra flavor. Kadai stands for wok in Hindi; this dish is traditionally made in a cast iron work.
