Pesarattu / Moong Dosa recipe step by step

Pesarattu is a delicacy from Andhra Pradesh. Pesarattu is not only easy to prepare but also very nutritious. Pesarattu is made with green moong beans and rice making it wholesome, full of protein. This dosa is served with Ginger chutney / Allam Pachadi. I make this most of the time for breakfast or weekday dinner along with Allam Pachadi or Coconut chutney.
