Bread Masala recipe
Bread Slices- 4
Onion- 1
Green Chillies- 4
Carrot and Peas - 1 cup
Potato- 1
Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Piece bread slices into small cubes and set aside.
Pressure
cook diced potato, carrot and peas with little salt.
In a pan fry onion
with a little oil.
When it turns golden brown, add chopped green chillies and ginger.
Now to this, add the cooked vegetables and salt to taste.
Add garam masala powder.
Add the bread pieces and stir in carefully.
Garnish with Corrianderleaves.
