Channa dhal Vada recipe

Channa dhall 1 cup
Thuvar dhall 1/2 cup
Ginger finely chopped
Green chilles 6
Red chilles 3
Onions 2 small finely chopped
Curry leaves a few
Cilantro a small bunch washed and finely chopped
Salt 3/4 t-spoon
Cooking Oil for frying
Soak the dhalls for 1 hour in water.

Grind this mix coarsleywith red chilles.

Add chopped onions, ginger, cilantro, greenchilles and curry leaves.

Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
