Dal Vadai recipe

Channa dhal - 200 gms
Toor dhal - 200 gms
Urud dhal - 6-8 tsp
Green chillies - 3-4
Dried red chillies - 3
Small onions - 5-6 chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Soak channa dal, toor dal and urud dal for an hour.

Grind green chillies, whole red chillies and salt in a blender.

Add the soaked dal to this mixture and grind coarsely.

Take a ball of this mixture and place it on a plastic sheet of paper and pat it to flatten it a little.

Then drop them in boiling oil.

Turn over both sides until fully cooked
