Mango muffins recipe

Ripe Mango cup chopped
Egg 1 small
Baking soda tspn
Salt tspn
Instant Oatmeal 2 packets (cinnamon flavour)
Butter 3 tbsn
Sugar 5 tbsn
Lime juice 1 tspn
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Puree mango, keep aside.

Grind oatmeal to a fine powder.

Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

Beat in egg.

Add mango puree.

And mix well Mix together Oatmeal powder, salt, and baking soda.

Add oatmeal mix to mango mixture.

Add lime juice and mix well.

Grease muffin pans and spoon 2 tbsn into each.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool in pans for about 10-15 minutes and serve.
