Mixture recipe

Puffed Rice 1 cup
Rice flakes 1 cup
Corn flakes 1 cup
Roatsed Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
Raisin 1/2 cup
Channa dalia ½ cup
Butter 1 tbsn
Chilly powder 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
Salt As per taste
Curry leaves 3-4
Heat butter in a pan and add channa dalia and curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes.

Add rice flakes and puffed rice along with salt, chilly and turmuric powder.

Saute for 2-3 minutes till everything is mixed well.

Remove from flame and mix in corn flakes, cashew nuts and raisins.

When cooled to room temp,put the mixture in an air tight container.

Its a healthy and law fat snack.
