Scrambled Eggs With Tomatoes recipe
Eggs- 4
Small tomato- 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilies- 2 (finely sliced)
Salt to taste
Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
Butter- 2 tablespoons
Chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves- 2 tsp. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions until soft.
Add the green chilies and tomato and fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the egg one at
a time and stir constantly.
Add salt and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander
leaves and serve hot.
