Spinach Bonda recipe
Maida- 1 cup
Rice flour- 1/4 cup
Rava- 2 tablespoons
Thick sour yoghurt- 3/4 cup
Chopped Spinach- 1/2
cup
Chopped onions- 1/4 cup
Finely cut green chilies- 1 tablespoon
Chopped cilantro (coriander)
Curry leaves 1 sprig chopped
Cooking soda- 1 pinch
Salt
Mix all the ingredients together (except the greens and
cooking soda) and keep this mixture closed for 6 hrs.
Heat oil in a pan.
Mix the chopped greens and the cooking soda to the above
said mixture.
Make lemon sized balls out of this mixture and deep fry few
balls at a time, until golden brown.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
