Urud vada recipe
Urad dhall 2 cups
Pepper coarsely powdered 1 t-spoon
Green chillies 2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig chopped
Hing a small pinch
Salt 3/4 t-spoon
Cooking Oil for frying
Soak urad dhall in water for half an hour.
Wet grind
urad dhall,green chillies, and salt finely.
Add pepper, hing and
chopped curry leaves to this.
Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
Serve with coconut chutney.
