Vermicilli Potato frys recipe

Vermicilli-100gms
Potatoes-4
Greenchillies-finely chopped 2
Onion-1 Big
Grated Carrot -1/2 cup
Coriander&Cumin powder-1tsp
Cabbage leaves for decoration.
Redchilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
Maida -1cup
Oil- to fry
Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes and mash well.

Mix well the mashed potatoes with Grated Carrot,onion,greenchillies,coriander & cumin powder, red chilly powder,salt.

Make a thick paste of the flour.

Make the mixture into round shapes and dip it in the thick flour paste& roll over the vermicilli and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, pour oil in a pan and deep fry the mixture.

Place the cabbage leaves on a plate and arrange the fried items on it and garnish with coriander leaves on top.
