Traditional Karnataka thali #8 recipe – Lunch / Dinner idea

Thali items :

1) Badanekayi ennegayi – baby eggplants stuffed with spicy mixture and cooked to perfection

2) Green mung usli – boiled green mung beans cooked with light spices and finished with coconut

3) Jhunaka – this is a dry gram flour curry, cooked with tamarind juice and spices. I will share the recipe soon

4) Plain yogurt, onion, green chilli

5) Jolada rotti – jowar / sorghum flour flatbread made the traditional way and served with homemade butter
