Kumraori Vadi (White Pumpkin Vadis) recipe step by step
Vadis or sun dried dal / lentil nuggets are quite popular especially in Northern India. The popular vadis are “Amritsari Vadis” and “Moong Dal Vadis”. Here we are sharing recipe step by step for Kumraori Vadis. In Bihar, white pumpkin or white ash gourd is known as “kumhad”. This vadi is made by combining kumhad with grinded dal, hence got its name “Kumraori”.
